Kenneth
Miller, CIPS* - President
and Chief Executive Officer, has been a leader and innovator in Marketing
and Sales of hospitality, real estate, resorts and timeshare since 1973.
He has advised and worked with some
of the most successful firms in these fields. In several cases Miller's
firm assumed responsibility for the overall product development and marketing
and provided a complete service including legal advice, product concept,
marketing and sales.

he represented: ITT, USX, Chase Manhattan, East River Savings, First Chicago,
Interval International, American General Insurance, Preferred Properties,
Maxxam, Sheraton, Hovnanian, Radisson, Capital Savings, Fairfield Communities,
Shawnee Development, Talon Group, Morgan Guaranty, Vistana, and the United
Nations.
He is responsible for creating
many of the most innovative marketing concepts in hospitality, real estate,
resort and timeshare marketing. He lectures worldwide at universities,
trade conferences, corporations and has been interviewed on radio and television
as an industry spokes person in the United States and Europe. In the mid
1970's and early 1980's he helped market the first timeshare resorts in:
The Poconos, Orlando, New York, The Caribbean, Mexico, Europe and the Far
East. He co-authored the first article on urban timesharing. He founded
The National Committee for HABITAT for the United Nations, which is for
housing what UNICEF is for children. He is brings credibility, creativity,
knowledge, and a determination to assure bottom line profit.
